Subscription Renewal Rules

Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically

• Same day each month (monthly) or year (yearly)

• Same payment method is charged

• Credits are added at renewal

Renewal Notification

Before renewal:

• Email reminder (typically 3-7 days before)

• Shows amount and date

• Option to cancel before renewal

Renewal Date

Your renewal date is based on:

• Date of original subscription

• Same day each billing cycle

• If day doesn't exist (31st in short months), last day of month

Failed Renewal

If renewal payment fails:

• You're notified by email

• Grace period to update payment

• Service continues briefly

• Multiple retry attempts

• Eventually suspended if not resolved
