Managing Payment Methods

Update or change your payment details.

Accessing Payment Settings

  1. Go to Profile → Subscription

  2. Click Manage Billing or Payment Methods

  3. You'll be taken to the secure billing portal

Updating Card Information

  1. In the billing portal, find Payment Methods

  2. Click Add payment method or Update

  3. Enter new card details

  4. Set as default if desired

  5. Save changes

Adding a New Card

  1. Access Payment Methods

  2. Click Add payment method

  3. Enter card information

  4. Choose whether to make it default

  5. Old card can be kept or removed

Removing a Card

  1. Access Payment Methods

  2. Find the card to remove

  3. Click Remove or delete icon

  4. Confirm removal

Note: You must have at least one payment method on file for active subscriptions.
