How to Downgrade Your Plan

Before Downgrading

Consider:

• Unused credits may be affected

• Lower monthly allocation

• Reduced features (if any)

Downgrade Process

1. Go to Profile → Subscription

2. Click Change Plan or Downgrade

3. Select the lower-tier plan

4. Confirm your choice

5. Change takes effect at next billing cycle

When Downgrade Takes Effect

• Current plan remains active until renewal

• Downgrade applies at next billing cycle

• You keep current credits until then

Refund Policy

• No refunds for remaining time on current plan

• New lower price starts at next renewal
