How to Cancel Your Subscription

End your subscription at any time.

Cancellation Process

  1. Go to Profile → Subscription

  2. Click Cancel Subscription

  3. You may be asked for feedback (optional)

  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Subscription remains active until end of billing period

  • You keep your remaining credits until expiration

  • No future charges will occur

  • You can still sign in and use remaining credits

Reactivating

If you change your mind:

  • You can resubscribe anytime

  • Previous subscription history is maintained

  • Start fresh with new credits

Data Retention

After cancellation:

  • Your account remains accessible

  • Generated videos are retained (per retention policy)

  • You can download your videos

  • Credit history is preserved
