How to Change Your Password

Changing Your Password (When Signed In)

1. Go to your Profile page

2. Click Change Password or Security Settings

3. Enter your current password

4. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)

5. Confirm your new password

6. Click Update Password

Password Requirements

Your new password must:

• Be at least 8 characters long

• Be different from your current password

Tips for a Strong Password

• Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters

• Include numbers and special characters (!@#$%^&*)

• Avoid common words or personal information

• Consider using a password manager

Google Sign-In Users

If you signed up with Google, you don't have a Hooc password. Your authentication is managed through Google. To change your Google password, visit your Google Account settings.

Forgot Your Current Password?

If you can't remember your current password:

1. Sign out of your account

2. Click Sign In

3. Click Forgot Password?

4. Follow the password reset process (see Section 1.5)
